Reject Compilation

Rejects Compilation   What is “Rejects’? Some years ago, few passionate guys from Alabama with Charles Dunkle on the lead wanted to show how life and rollerblading is perceived by them… Every issue (high quality, print magazine with cool photos + DVD) was filled up with hard-core clips from parties, madness and of course sick, fresh and creative skating. Despite the fact it was rather hard to get it earned respect in rolling society. It was Rejects#1 where Rob Thompson had his outstanding section many years ago, which helped him to rise from shadow of Champaign. It was Rejects #2 – where KFC crew known as today debuted with early section of Alex Broskov. Shima came up with section here too, at times when everyone thought he doesn`t skate as much as he used to – well they were wrong…massive 540 roof gap – you all have to see this, and it gets better and better further - Haffey, Bailey, Trex, Kelso`s, Micah Yeager, Dunkle and many more. Another huge advantage of each issue are montage sections – plenty of unknown ripping rollers – NYC section in Rejects # 3 - see for yourself the early days of B-unique guys ( superb VG 16 feel). The music selection is perfect as well, althought mostly rock oriented. In the box we have two DVD discs with full seven episodes of Rejects. This production is a great history lesson for younger generation of skaters – sections from 2002 which still are unbeatable… Rejects excellently show who changed and set new trends… C.Dunkle and S. Engler did a great job, they travelled all over US collecting footage from the best, together with putting a sick sections of their own crew every time new issue was released. They managed to make 7 episodes… they spent all their savings, quit their jobs, schools - and eventually they went bankrupt. But they haven`t given up. This DVD compilation was released to rise funds for their new project – ROLLERBLADING MAGAZINE – support them, support rolling and help by buying this flick – I can assure that you won`t be dissapointed.
